"Be sure your manager can lay out goals and outlines for how they see you not only today, but in 6 months or a year."

What don't you like about working at UnitedHealthcare?

"The constant reorganizations of teams by management who are much too high up on the corporate ladder. It is all about the $ at the end of the day and employees feel that. Due to this style of management employees are highly unmotivated. There is no sense of pride."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs training on how to work with people and how to motivate employees."

"Do not show off. It wont payback. What is offered is non-negotiable so being a negotiator is a bad start."

What don't you like about working at United Nations?

"Bureaucracy and close minds. Unfortunately UN works like big corporations and sometimes overstratified-dinosaurus-like rules drag teamwork down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would try to fix problems instead of looking for someone to blame if things went wrong."
