"Compensation for Executives at GCA was very competitive, as verified by a couple of surveys I provided to our Board. My pay was not presented in these studies but was a part of the pay analysis. Results indicated the $150k+ range was more appropriate, but do to austerity, I was at this level since 8/2010. My bonus at 35% was good as I did make my personal goals and we made company goals. I also participated in the company equity program, commensurate with salary comparisons. Bottom line is that I was at the low end of the acceptable range. Likely because I did not sell change as this appears a bit self serving."
