"I enjoyed the additional responsibilities that I was given."

What don't you like about working at Wachovia?

"The end of my time there coincided with the beginning of the real estate market beginning to take a hit. Although it officially wouldn't happen for a few more years. In preparation, the company attempted to begin to cut costs and as a results my department was directly affected by reducing our scope of work and compartmentalize more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't have any suggestions for management."
