"Be straight forth with your goals and abilities. Recognize your mistakes and learn from them, never try to hide them or blame someone else. If you are not learning you are dying, so be inquisitive and do not be afraid to ask questions. The people at NPG will help you learn."

"There was not anything I did not like about working at NPG"

"Always do what is right in the eyes of God and maintain the integrity and honor those before you have built."

What do you like about working at Roche?
"Don't know DSM aside through contacts. Roche was one of the best companies in the world to work for."

"The division sold to DSM was corrupt at the top (convicted of anti-trust violations)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of any ties to old Swiss management (like, in my opinion, key US management)"

What do you like about working at Beazer Homes?
"The people were very nice, and aside of some bad placement upper management, it was a great place to work. I have no problem saying with some minor SOP's changes, it is a great place to work."

"Be honest and work hard and it is a great place to work."

"Some office politics prohibited the company from being a very great place to work, and if asked I would certainly join the team again."

"When hiring upper management, actual job performance ILO friendship should be used."
