2.3 Having worked for Wave Division Holdings (Wave Broadband, Astound Broadband) for over five (5) years, I would never recommend it as a decent employer. Technical workers at this company are not compensated well for any level of work, even when required to work in excess of their regular work week 10+ hours, in the middle of the night. There is no room for advancement, and if there is they will higher from outside at a higher pay scale. Expectations are high but benefits and morale are weak.

2.2 Learn how to manage by empowering the people you hire to do what you have hired them to do. Stop the micro-management. Get some training on how to be a better manager and leader.
