"Worked from 2016-17 . Not a Great place to work ."
"Please see below my review."
"I was hired with Western Digital to drive high profile projects. They are a fast growing company and a strong desire to improve and upgrade their internal technologies and business practices in order to better serve their clients and customers. Fast paced projects and overall great culture. A good company to work for"
"I have worked with Western Digital for the past 4 years. It has been a challenging position and has taught me skills in construction with zero impact to a 24 hour/365 day a year manufacturing facility. I have been able to sharpen my management training with company educational course in management. I have received numerous acclimation awards from customers and management for the successful execution of the project and my ability to manage cost control."
"My company is a great place to work. Even better up north in CA."
"Diversified growing company with multiple cross-functional opportunities."
"I've worked for Western Digital for about 2 years. The company was a great place to work and was always trying to make the best storage solutions for all consumers. My manager and co-workers were absolutely amazing. I learned a lot from them all and am grateful."
"For the past year working with WD its been a wonderful learning experience, working with a professional team that knowledgeable and hard working has built my confidence and knowledge in Networking skills"
"Good place. Offers good career growth."
"Good company, but very hard to move up."
"I worked for Western Digital for 30 years. The working environment was open and enjoyable. The benefits are excellent and the people are friendly and helpful."
"I am constantly getting harrassed by another female employee. She pinned me down and groped me at a corporate event"
"I worked in the SMB QA department. This has been one of the best positions that I've had in my career and I have had some great ones. The only think that I think WD should do is to keep on a solid track of work process. Switching gears too much isn't good for business, employee relations or the reputation of a well oiled company."
"Worked here more than a year and very disappointed about work culture and management."
"Very strong company, very process oriented, excellent pay and stock. The management structure is very stable, there are people working in the company for decades. Sometimes it makes growth difficult. Worked there twice, will be glad to work there again."
