"The work was high stress and long hours. Most of the employees are from Asia and the company's Asian factories are used to replace American workers and lower the company's costs and wages. These Asian workers cannot leave the company, so they have to do whatever the company wants and take whatever pay the company want to. Since there was a preference toward Asian workers, Americans had to contend with their preferences to work with other Asians."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop making the company a slave and sweat shop, and hire Americans and maybe even train some Americans before bringing in Asian workers even though it might cost a little money."

"They are disjointed as most key roles within the ogranization. The production team is the most unorganized team I have ever been a part of and lack direction all doing their own thing collectively. The engineering groups are lackadasical and unresponsive to opprotunities for improvement. The entire organization is a complete mess!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think noting will change with the management team until they change direction at the top. I would replace all directors in the organization then key in on managers that have a proven demonstrated track record of stagnatism and no focus on continual improvement."
