1.9 Anyone considering interviewing with this company should think twice. I was interviewed by HR for 30+ minutes, Then an Ops Manager who had me wait for over an hour while he went to lunch and then to Line Employees who would've been working under me. All stated how toxic the environment was because no manager had the guts to fire a toxic OLD LADY who tormented the staff. After over 4 hours of ping-ponging between staff and 1 1/2 hours of waiting for staff to get back from lunch I never even received a calll back. Turns out a few months later the HR rep left for greener pastures. This is all NOT to mention how incredibly cheap the company is and does not offer paid parking or really take care of their employees. Owner just wants a place he can come and trade his stock portfolio and feel like a big wig. AVOID

3.9 For upper management, I would regulate all other processes that other departments need so that everybody can be fully-focused on their work.

2.1 I worked at Wedbush for half a year. I was brought on to bring the HR department up to modern standards and best practices for compensation and merit time planning (which the company had never implemented). This proved difficult with an organization that saw HR as an expense, and nothing more.
