"To really survey store managers on all issues, they make the business and they create the atmosphere in the stores."

"When I joined the Company, I was able to do my work independantly and was given a free hand to deal with the underwriters and outside accounts for the IPO. The road shows were awsome."

"After the CEO who hired me had a falling out with the Board of Directors, he resigned and the Board brought in another CEO who was very bad to work for. He always thought people were stealing from the Company and treated employees and customers badly."

"Don't think you know it all and listen and trust your employees to do a good job. Be motivational."

"Working with Wet Seal gave me an opportunity to work in an upbeat fast pace environment. I learned a lot about customer service and management which helped open doors for me for future jobs."

"One thing I did not enjoy was some requests from management to not permit certain body types to walk out of the store in an article of clothing that was not flattering on them. I do not enjoy criticizing an individuals person choice of expression or appearance."

"I would suggest for management to have more of an open mind and be more concerned with sales not a persons appearance."
