WPS Health Insurance Employee

"If you have not realized it yet, this is the worst company to work for in the area. The human resources dept and management do not have any concern for employees. They say the goal is to meet goals... but we keep getting further from goal due to poor decisions made by management. The systems are down a number of hours every day, and then also run extremely slow a few hours each day. There is often mandatory overtime but then when mgmt will change their mind and take away over time, however, most of the past years have been on mandatory overtime. The number of claims that staff is expected to process is not in line with the steps that need to be done to process the claims correctly. The company says they are flexible with hours but that is not true. Even working at home is frustrating as I have to work so late to make up for system issues."
