"Aegis Living is deeply focused on providing a wonderful experience for their employees through their employee-first company culture, and for the most part, they deliver. There is room for improvement, though. There's not a lot of synergy between the departments at corporate. There's a ton of innovation, but no real plan of action before implementing a new program. The new leadership seems to be very involved in streamlining processes which will be vital moving forward."
