3.5Aerojet Rocketdyne is a modern company making highly engineered products with a 1960s management style. Parts of the job are excellent, others are maddeningly frustrating. Furloughs this year to offset the money they wasted on software 'upgrades' are a undermining morale. Top heavy bureaucratic organization is difficult to navigate.
