"I worked at Agility Digital for just under one year. During that year I was promoted from Sales to the VP of Revenue. I created the company's direction and hired for important positions that were missing. I also created an HR department and brought in an executive assistant to help the owners. Unfortunately, Agility Digital still lacks direction and the desire to identify and continue down a course of action. Their ownership is all over the place and they don't desire any structure. They want to run a company of 30 people like a company of 5 people and it just doesn't work very well."
