"I've worked there since May of 2014. I started as an intern and was hired as a full time employee. It is a family owned business that basically designs all products from the ground up. I worked in the engineering department, which we design everything that came through the company. I enjoy working there because there is no major pressure on you but it is very difficult to move up the ladder at the company."
