"They pay $9.00 an hour, with the promise of production pay, but 90 percent of the time if they see your getting close to production they will move people off your line so you can’t. They also expect you to do more than the machine you sew on is capable of doing. You can’t sew no faster than the machine will sew. They tell you they are going to give you a raise and never do. A lot of drama always. The only people they move up in the company is attractive young girls"
