"Working day and night and six days a week. After nightime work, the company must refrain from calling the workers who have night shift, to show up in the office during morning time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Prior to bid the project, the management must review the contract requirements. Determine if the activities will be impacted by the owners occupation of the building that is under renovation. Avoid the project that calls for nightime work with asbestos removal, especially if the projects calls for work above the ceiling. Such as mechanical works for ducting, new ducting, new insulations, new condensing unit and VAV boxes and etc. Working above the ceiling is the worst projects that I have encountered since that project is accessible during night time only."
