4.1Every job that I've been tasked with I've completed up and above the expectations of the customers' and my superiors. I've quickly promoted through the ranks of my previous employers by maintaining a good work ethic and positive outlook on every job that I've held. I'm considered a "Team Player" and effective communicator when the occasion calls for it. I have played an integral part of the business and have embraced my role every day. I have demonstrated excellent leadership skills and consider myself a 'go to' person. I need very little supervision to do tasks assigned to me and perform them quickly and efficiently. I take pride in what I do and work hard to achieve the goals management has set for me. I have additionally taken the initiative to learn different aspects of the business to not only provide additional help but to also make myself a more valued employee. I maintain the highest level of professionalism in my work and consider myself an asset.
