"Not a great place to work. So many promises, so little actual results.Empowerment does not exist here.Annual reviews are so cursory it's a joke - bonus payouts are based on the success of your product category to hit an artificially high goal that you have absolutely no input on."

"I worked for the company for 11 years and when I asked for time off to help with our new daughter was promptly given a lay off slip along with a few other people. The company was once a leader in the industry but I feel they are heading on a downward slope."

"All in all Corsair was a fun place to work. The passion to build great DIY PC building components and subsystems is infectious. And the founder Andy Paul is a sharp and affable fellow. The upper management is spotty at times as they have often been brought in from outside business segments that are unlike Corsair's business. So they can fail to bring the passion for the products and culture that makes/made the company great."

"I have worked at Corsair since 2011. I love the people I am working with but there were too many changes inside the company each quarter and my job responsibility is always changed without any notification or direction. Wish I didn't have to switch direct report every 6 months."
