"One of the best places to work if you are an IP attorney. But if you are not an attorney, you are permanently at the bottom of the food chain. Poor work/life balance and pay structure makes it nearly impossible to take a vacation or even relax after-hours. Nice offices, smart co-workers, good support, very flexible. Pay is no better than what my peers get doing easier jobs without specialized legal expertise and certifications, plus they get paid time off which doesn't exist here."
