1.6 The operating policies of this corporation is disturbing. The lack of professionalism of the administration and the apparent lack of concern or interest in quality care and the individuals who provide that care in all capacities has created an a discouraging and intolerant environment. The frequency of staff turn over and dependency on locum tenens provide evidence of the proformance of the administration. Given the difficult climate of healthcare, one expects to cutbacks and budgetary concerns as reasonable priorities. However, this company's apparent lack of consideration for loyal, experienced, and high-trained employees

3.3 I'm not allowed to speak my mind or be creative. If you've ever heard of the phrase, "no good deed goes unpunished", oh boy this applies to this department. The compensation is also lacking and they cannot be bothered to promote or give raises when you're demonstrating positive performance.
