There's no innovation, if you have a problem, they will just send you a PDF file and say, "here are the instructions on what may or may not fix your problem". It's ridiculous."

Things were always decided at the last minute, putting a lot of pressure on the poor employees. They were always cramming for requirements and unreasonable deadlines.
