"I've worked for 2 years at Invisors and have enjoyed the leadership opportunities it has afforded me. I joined when it was a smaller company, and have watched it rapidly grow. With that rapid growth has come a bit of growing pains. Compensation scales and expectations to meet compensation raises are not set. Leadership has become less and less transparent, in some cases changing the structure of the practice with a day's notice. These decisions worked well when the company was smaller, however, the large impact it has as the employee count raises are hard to ignore. The people you work along side of are fantastic and clearly brilliant. The work itself is engaging and fairly new to the market, so client/consultant relationships are easy to manage in most cases."
