"The job starts off ok at first, but over time the deficiencies of this company become very clear. There is a tremendously high turnover rate at this company, particularly at the lower levels. This is due to insufficient pay, and promises of salary increases that never materialize. Senior management is never on top of things; things are never completed or responded to on time. The owner of the company is extremely flighty and does not follow through on company issues that have gone on for years."

"It is hard to say anything bad about this company but I would day its low pay."

"It is a small company so they have different kid of projects. I would say Involve their employee with different projects"

"be prepared to only be there for two years or less unless you work on the developer/construction side. anyone doing community Assoc work usually does not last. They are never satisfied with the work, the project cost etc. a one time mistake on your part is always remembered."

"management is poor. they do not know to work with, train, explain, and support their personal. they only know how to mentaly abuse."
