After 4 years in Angola, I returned to Brazil, promoted to Production Manager of the Residencial Valdariosa project in Queimados, RJ, part of the Minha Casa Minha Vida * Program, 1,500 apartments. In 2011, I managed the Residencial Terra Nova project in Friburgo, RJ, benefiting the community with 2,200 apartments. Following this, I took over as Operational Manager the Residential Trio de Ouro project in São João de Meriti, RJ, 960 apartments. These three projects add up to a total of 4,660 apartments over a period of 04 years. In 2014, I had the grateful opportunity to manage the Tomorrow's School Factory program, building from 28 public school units serving over 13,000 students in 10 neighborhoods in western Rio de Janeiro. In 2015, I was invited to manage the production area of ??Panama's Urban Renovation project in Panama, building 5,380 apartments.
