"The director of the program was not the most honest in dealing with her employees. She discussed personal information, was unwilling to listen to suggestion and was both manipulative and condescending towards staff. She also held grudges and penalized those she felt questioned her in any way"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As the person above recently left the college, my hope would be that her replacement if any were more team oriented, honest and fair with employees in their charge."
