"I accepted a property manager position with Toll Management in November 2013, after resigning from a ten-year employment at another company. The level of micromanagement was ridiculous. They would not leave you alone to do the job you were hired to do for them. Very counterproductive. The atmosphere was treacherous; backstabbing was the norm, not the exception. They pick at employees mercilessly. Many new employees. No clear job duties. Much confusion."
