"I worked for AARP since 2001. I found the mission and vision as an organization in support of social change to be positive and rewarding. During my tenure there were many changes in ITS. This included four CIO's and three re-organizations of the ITS teams. However, these went smooth even though people were lost during the re-organization. AARP supports many programs and employees. AARP and the ITS department were named by different publications amount the top 20 places to work multiple times in the past five years."
