"As long as the applicant doesn't have a criminal record they will more than likely secure a position at Fort Worth Heart. Office politics play a significant role at Fort Worth Heart. If the applicant is looking for a career this is not the place to work. If quick money is what you are looking for this is the place for you. Rules only apply to you if the manager doesn't like you!"
What don't you like about working at Fort Worth Heart?
"The organizational structure really needs some work!! Job skills of personnel should be evaluated. Co-workers lack experience and motivation in their positions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would advise management to go to school and actually earn the management position through education and work experience. Experienced managers are able to make better decisions and utilize critical thinking skills."
