"do not have too much tips. you better know networking tech and has strong hands on. WIll be asked start working first day."

"Local CEO is headquarter CEO's brother and knows little about the business. Little growth room for IT people."

"Give more attention to IT people whose support is critical to the business."

"There are many good employees with excellent working ethics. I work with senior and mid-level managers all the time. They give me respect and help to manage change as needed."

"Give respect to the peers and they will help you to succeed."
What don't you like about working at The ACS Group?
"The company policy of keeping the current ERP system, as the vendor is reducing a lot of support every year, since they developed newer product. The company is hesitant for another implementation and thus there is not enough challenge in my job."

"Look for more opportunities for business process improvements and agree to look for better technology to help the business thrive."
