"I was fine with my compensation provided by ArcelorMittal and we also had a bonus program - and in good years the program was great and the one year our bonus was enough that I was able to take my family to Europe for a week. However, when we had one supervisor who felt that those who had been with the company for a while shouldn't have anything more than a 2% raise and gave the higher raises to those who had just came into the company. That supervisor was moved to another position and we were provided a mid-year review which was paid retroactive. Sr. Engineers could make up to $100,000 with salary and bonuses."
