"There is a lot to learn here, so I would advise taking in as much of it as possible."

"There is not a clear path for growth, and I have reached a point in my position where I need need challenges."

"I believe that if each person in an organization is provided power and influence in their role it can strengthen the company overall."

"Employees can be heavily constrained by company priorities, especially on some brands"

"Be sure you want to work in the Food industry and know that you could be relocated to Omaha at any time."
What don't you like about working at ConAgra Foods?
"The chaos. I worked in the Grocery Division during a very chaotic time and it was very unstable, due to fear of the division being shut-down and relocated. It eventually was, but I left prior to that happening."

"The product is good."

"The management is horrible."

"Take management training courses and change the Mainstream Marketing Manager."
