"I loved working with vendors and internal management to get the project on track and details sorted. Found combing through budgets a bit too easy, but the people and institutional cause were inspiring."
"You are always kept busy in this position as it has varies multitasking areas to accomplish. This position also has a downside where you have to meet many deadlines in a timely manner and at times this can be a bit of a challenge. But I always reach my goals."

What do you like about working at Delaware State University?
"There are very good benefits, including days off and holidays."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't work here. Especially in the facilities department. Seriously, McDonalds would be more professional and classy."
What don't you like about working at Delaware State University?
"There is NO leadership. Only management. Priorities are awful. Not a single day goes by without management yelling and screaming. Zero professionalism. Our director is good friends with HR, so there is no where to turn to for help."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clean house. Start fresh with people that actually have degrees and compassion. Management is nothing but a racist bully."
What do you like about working at Sigmatech?
"Great people and support. I enjoy the interaction with fellow employees."

"This is an excellent company to work for. They trust their employees and the benefits are not bad."
What don't you like about working at Sigmatech?
"The facilities are less than adiquate. There is a constant need to work on the building to include the heating and air."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide for additional training for employees to enhance their skills."
What do you like about working at United States Marine Corps?
"Family, autonomy, team, pride, honor, courage, commitment, service, patriot, military."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"In the DC area we can advance quicker than at the majority of other Marine Corps bases."
What don't you like about working at United States Marine Corps?
"The work is demanding. Your work and the way you do it is heavily regulated. This leaves little room for error. There are some dead weight employees there that are at retirement age. Being a government agency we are highly politicized."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Empower the employees to make more decisions. Reduce resource consumption at the bottom up and not top down. Reduce number of senior leaders."
