"It is a good company as far as technical challenges and also in benefits such as patent awards."
What don't you like about working at FEI?
"The company is highly risk averse and timid in the marketplace and in product development, so I somewhat don't fit in with this situation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to be much more aggressive and risk-taking in order to grow market share since we are the smallest company in our market."
