"Great opportunity for those looking to get into sales in order to build personal skill sets while focusing on the policies and procedures of the organization. However, there is inconsistency with the work environment which can lead to frustration and low morale. This is NOT the place for more seasoned sales professionals unless you are at the tail end of your career. Compensation (salary) can easily be higher. The industry is not getting easier for new business focused representation."
