"The physical labor made me more vigorous, I bagged groceries, pushed in rows of baskets at a time, I cleaned, and on occasions I stocked. Whatever the bosses wanted me to do, I did it. It seems that our work goes under appreciated though. We would get our breaks late, have to cover for other people, and the wages are just terrible."
"I love to bag customers' groceries and I hate it when the customers are not satisfied with the way I bag groceries."
"I love being able to assist customers, and do multiple things. I had the opportunity to work for different departments, I learned a lot of items that I had never heard in the past. The only thing that I didn't like was gathering shopping carts during the rain. Other than that I loved my job."

"The job is not in my field, but I am looking for a position in the IT department."

"Monitor new employees and make sure they do not develop any bad habits early on."

"I met a lot of very nice people from a variety of places and heard cool stories about where they lived."

"Be yourself and remember to breathe. Oh, and smile and dress business casual."

"I didn't really have any complaints about the company itself."

"Be careful about micro-management, not everyone can work under that type of management."

"What I don't like about Albertsons is that they make you get carts outside when is really hot and theres times they want us to stay outside for a full hour and it's really tiring for us."

"I would not have favorites and I would only promote the people that do work hard, not the ones that try to suck up to me."
