"The rsponsibilities and scope of your job could be unlimited. I was able to work within every department and collaborate with others towards common and non-shared goals. The new prolects and implimentation of them was the best part."

"No, I have been away for too many years to be sure of any good advice."

What don't you like about working at Sheraton Hotels and Resorts?

"Slow aproval process from owners with time sensitive projects or directions needing implimentation for brand value and hotel revenue/profit maximization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put your head down and push through: that alone wll get you through 90% of the business."

"The hours were long"

"For the executive management to be more organized and backup a division to clearing makes a contribution to the bottom line."
