Submit a Review"I love that I have had the privilege to bring BR Guest a robust system that meets the companies needs. This is the firth exposure to the BR Guest population and that I get to roll this out thru two years of hard work is so rewarding. The response has been so positive and well received from the staff, I feel like a rock star. The overall Company direction is questionable and while I have such passion in what I do the fact that the future is not solidified makes me and the core staff lacking motivation."

"Ask who influences your superior, has final authority for decisions."

"No vision, strategy for HR. Poor communication between Operations and HR."
