"I liked nothing at all. It was the worst job of my life. I was completely set up. I never did anything wrong, and never missed a day of work ever in the 2 years working there. Waste."

"It doesn't matter, as they will take anyone... then fire you for no reason. Don't waste your precious time on having an interview with this company. Big waste of my life."

"The only way you have job security is if you know someone high up in the company. If not, watch your back at ALL times. You are overworked and underpaid."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There are too many to write down. Whoever hires the store managers needs to work on getting better ones. Develop a better management class or something."

"It is a general interview, that asks for experience in customer service, hard work, and team management."

What don't you like about working at Dollar General?

"I don't like that I have advanced to senior key holder and make only 25 cents more than all of the other workers, who make minimum wage. I think opening and closing a store, doing bank deposits, managing staff, among other duties, is worth more than $7.25 an hour"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay the workers what they are worth. Not everyone deserves minimum wage. I think the pay for experienced managers is ridiculous, and that the GMs should share bonuses."
