"Get in the field and see what the store managers have to do on a daily basis, and also the DMs responsibilities."

"Have them explain how many hours per week they expect a store manager to work for the salary that they want to pay you. What do they expect the store manager to do when someone calls in for their shift? Who cleans the store floors, and the windows? Basically... have them explain in detail just what they expect from their store managers."

"Where do you begin, from the cheesy training in Chicago, to the tiny payroll budget you are supposed to run the store with."

"Get a life, and compare your company and benefits to other companies."
