"Due to CH11 condition of company is stressful to working teams."

"Instill confidence in new strategy and ability of management to lead the company out of Ch11."

"I genuinely liked all my coworkers. They were a good group of people and we would really gather as a team and help each other out."

"Unfortuantely there is not much to say because the entire department was moved to India, and they have ceased making that particular product line"

"There were several questionable policies from people who were not from our office and had never been to our office that we couldn't question. They came from very high up in the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think moving the entire department to India was a terrible idea. By far the biggest complaint I received from people was that they couldn't understand the person on the phone on account of the accent."

"I loved the varied opportunities - from Internet Manager to New Business Development. I had the opportunity to build upon my base expertise and apply my knowledge across different business areas. I traveled internationally to better understand the culture and dynamics of the business abroad, which enabled me to develop effective global marketing plans. Also, management was very supportive of new ideas and strategies."

"Current fiscal constraints limit funding for New Business and Marketing opportunities."

"The boss would not share information. She told managers to NOT help each other. She would get information about each person through gossip from other employees. She did this to everyone."

"I would have a team that all worked together and have a boss that did not undermine and gossip behind everyone's back."

"We're in bankruptcy and lots of good workers are losing their jobs."

"Would have acted sooner to keep costs down and the company profitable. Too much spending over the years and loss of focus."
