I showed up late 30 minutes late after being forced to work 20 hours of overtime a week in the oven with no controlled air. It was my first week of ridiculous overtime. They have a policy where you can't miss work or be late for 90 day probation period but this girl I was in orientation class with missed a day of work and she was able to keep her job. At least I showed up and they still let me go. Hummmm seems like discrimination to me and of course she's white so she didn't lose her job. This is how they show favoritism and discrimination against black people. Very unsafe atmosphere especially if you are working 20 hrs of forced overtime in a oven in a building with no AC in 102 degree weather outside. I am not trying to imagine the temperature inside the factory with ovens running. Disturbing! I would love for the Better Business Bureau didn't allow factories to force 12hr shifts 5 days a week."
"Maintenance was great. Only good thing about the place. No longer work there. Why. there crooks found a better company to work with"
"Working here is the perfect way to take your professional career and office knowledge one step further. You'll be pushed every day, beyond what you thought possible!"
"I could work remotely sometimes but there's NO WAY to avoid the horrible managers!"
"Nothing, I didn't like anything at all! What I hated is the top management had an arrogant attitude. They never bothered to listen to employee problems or appreciate their hard work. It was terrible!"
"Nothing. This is a CIRCUS where you must dance if the management says so. Everything. There are so many things that listing them all here is impossible. The worst thing was the attitude of the management. They never thought of employee welfare, not even for a second! AVOID!"
"Nothing. My experience was quite poor. BEWARE! The top management had some ridiculous ideas and a horrible attitude at times."
"love this space, not very crowded"
"Great colleagues and teammates who cared about the industry and work. Sadly, they were working under terrible management."
"What I liked - The teams were well-structured. What I hated - The workload was high and made me feel stressed all the time. Avoid if you are smart."
"Getting paid regularly was the only thing I liked. And the upper managed should be replaced"
"The company has been there for decades, so you have job security. Many rude clients and longer than usual hours."
"Learning and networking opportunities."
"This company is a good concept in theory. They offer on demand temporary work shifts that you can literally click, accept, show up and get paid "the same week" is the hook. The problem really lies in the fact that there is no real support or accountability when it comes to their operations. There is no one to call when you have questions. Lower level management does the bare minimum when it comes to escalated issues and most correspondence is done via chat. They do not bring problems to a resolve. When issues are brought to Upper Management they are passed back down and it becomes a cycle of unresolved problems. It's seemingly, an easy way to get cheap labor in large quantities. Most jobs are for banquet set up, servers and dishwashers. This work is taxing on your body. This business is poorly run and operated, not trustworthy, no accountability and zero transparency. This company lacks integrity and most of the laborers they attract are not the type to file a formal complaint so essentially they are getting away with exploiting students and low wage workers. A Big SCAM at best."
