"Things used to be better here but for a lot of months now the boss has been dating one of the staff and now they are living together. He just got a promotion and has been getting obvious preference for extra shifts. The feeling in the workplace these days is awful. Sometimes I just get so distracted by the vibe here now and that isn't good when you are working around the public and planes I think. I don't know why this is allowed to happen."
