"I have worked for Expedia for 5 years. I have been promoted several times, and really enjoy the work culture and office environment in Austin TX. The past year, they have been completing restructuring to better compete in the current environment. Overall it is a good company to work for."
"Currently undergoing several changes the past year with a lot of ambiguity and little executive decisions. The company doesn't invest in employees' careers for the long term, however does provide a flexible and work life balance."
"I worked for Expedia for 13+ years and found it to be a company that appreciates employees who are smart, motivated and innovative with a passion for developing new products and technologies to compete and stay on top."
"I've truly enjoyed working for Expedia Group for the last 6 years. Learned the travel industry and knowledge of the supply and demand of the overall business. The culture is easy going, fast paced, and great benefits."
"I worked at Expedia/Orbitz for 7 years, working my way up from a QA Analyst to a Product Manager. Even though Expedia is a huge company, my group worked really fast and we had a start-up feel."
"I have worked for Expedia for 9 year. Overall it is a good company with good culture and work life balance. However, the leadership is clueless at what they are doing."
"I don't want to write a review"
"Expedia Group is a great company to work for in terms of culture and work/life balance. However, with the recent change in travel, they have begun to cut costs in ways that have hurt morale and changed the culture. Leadership does their best to keep teams happy, but they can only do so much. Micromanaging has become a rather large part of the day to day life. While I am a top performer, it only puts more pressure to exceed what you did the prior day, week, or month until you are burnt out."
"Beware, if you are considering a position at Expedia be absolutely certain that you are joining a "good" team. If it's at headquarters, you're probably safe. If not, it's hit or miss. Many satellite offices are mismanaged, marginalized and denigrated. Work/Life balance, innovation and career advancement are all things you can forget about if you end up on the wrong team."
"I worked on different companies, working on Ecommerce, Finance, Health, Cloud, Digital agencies, and I get diverse and cutting edge experiences."
