2.5 I've been employed with Gannett since 2011 and have never worked for such a pitiful company. The computers break down, you are suppose to help customers but get in trouble for helping a customer that may go into your break, the compensation is horrible for college graduates and non college graduates that have more experience and knowledge than the managers. There is little support from team leads. Or knowledge about company changes from management. Only a job if needed badly.

2.4 Make things more organized and follow office protical. Keep office moral up with compensation vs. minor day games with minor gift cards and wasted decorations and meals. Pay more and expect more while keeping a positive fun atmosphere.

4.3 The overall workplace environment of Gannett is a genuinely nice place to be. While high stress at some points, the majority of employees, including upper management, are not quick to judge or point fingers. Everyone seems to operate on the same page and is understanding of deadlines and other challenges that we face each and every day. The company itself is very conscious of its employees' well-being and does a good job of being culturally and socially accepting and progressive.
