"The people who work there are wonderful and helpful, provided they are not in any management/supervisory position."

"DO NOT work in the Oklahoma exploration team. The Supervisor is completely incometent"

"A few of the managers have no business being in the positions they currently are in. There is no trust, very little communication and there is no loyalty between them and you."

"Open up to your employees, everyone deserves a second chance, have a backbone and stick-up for your people."

"Constantly busy...wide holdings, lots of interesting and varied analysis."

"Look em in the eye...bring practical experience in finding hydrocarbons."

"No flex schedules."

"It takes 20% of the time to get 80% of the information you need...It takes 80% of the time to get that last 20% of the data. Make decisions in a timely manner...always leave room to adjust."
