3 I had an average internship with HBO. The environment was good and everyone was very friendly. A lot of people say HBO is one of those places you work for life at and I could see why. At the same time I wasn't offered very much room to grow or learn from my manager, although the rest of my team was very friendly and supportive.

2.9 Worked at HBO for over 8 years. The changing times and technology are changing the culture at this once great company for a creative career. There is no growth in this company without selling your soul and even then nothing is guaranteed. Recent layoffs have seen many of the great talents disappear.
