2.6 I relocated for this job and liked it initially. However, the job requirements continually gravitated away from my initial understanding of the job I was hired for and the department support was lackluster.

3.6 With the recent merger of HD Vest and 1st Global, things are constantly changing. Lots of familiar faces are gone. Leadership needs to step up and truly be 'transparent' about where the firm is headed.
