The management in Austin for sales is amazing. All of the managers I have worked with not only had extensive product knowledge but are also more than happy to take time out of their day to help employees with career pathing and getting them to where they want to be. The office/job is very competitive but managers find a way to make the competitions more fun and rewarding. Out of the 3 years I've been here there are changes every quarter or every other quarter so you have to remain adaptable to succeed. Even with the changes senior management still makes the goals achievable although difficult. I'd definitely recommend working at Indeed to anyone!"
