4.3While Indeed is an industry-leading company and has many work perks, the management team was inadequate at keeping up with the rapidly changing product offerings and add-ons. The company has a great sales team and prepared me for the job I was assigned to; however, with 2 re-organizations in the 3.5 years I was there, things got disorganized and my job duties changed often. Although I constantly exceeded my quotas and sales targets, I was still unhappy with how management handled new changes.
5Overall great place to work and a great product to sell. Quotas are challenging but attainable and the bonus/commission structure definitely pays you out for your hard work. The management in Austin for sales is amazing. All of the managers I have worked with not only had extensive product knowledge but are also more than happy to take time out of their day to help employees with career pathing and getting them to where they want to be. The office/job is very competitive but managers find a way to make the competitions more fun and rewarding.
Out of the 3 years I've been here there are changes every quarter or every other quarter so you have to remain adaptable to succeed. Even with the changes senior management still makes the goals achievable although difficult.
I'd definitely recommend working at Indeed to anyone!

Indeed truly cares about their employees, provides the tools to be successful, and advocates for personal and professional growth. The "work hard, play hard" mentality is alive and well at Indeed as the work is challenging, competitive, and lucrative while the culture is extremely casual, collaborative, and inclusive.
