"Great people, great benefits, pension, and a 401k with a good match. Blackberry and a laptop."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are shut down, but I will pretend they are not and give advice anyway : Show them that you are very personable and will be able to work well with everyone from Sr. Mgmt. to the UAW workers. The plant manager is also vvery fond of well-rounded, community oriented people."

What don't you like about working at Kelly Services?

"The employees that worked for me were in the United Auto Workers Union and there seemed to be a lot of wasted time dealing with trivial issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They needed more independent auditors to come in to help weed out some of our senior management issues at the corporate end. It was a private company that was run into the ground by 2 men who may be facing criminal charges from the owner."
